How do I learn about all of ALLETE's current job openings, including full time, part time, temporary and internship positions?All of our current openings are listed on this website. Click the tab titled, 'Career Search' and set the search parameters according to your preferences to view current job openings.
Am I required to apply online? Yes, all applicants are required to apply online. ALLETE does not accept application materials via email, fax or snail mail.
How do I apply for a job in which I'm interested?
- Click the 'Career Search' tab above.
- Select to view 'All Posted Jobs.'
- Click 'Perform Search.'
- Click on the title of the position in which you are interested.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Finally, elect to submit a new resume or utilize an existing profile, whichever is applicable to you.
- The system will guide you the rest of the way
For how long do positions remain posted? The length of time for which positions remain open for applications is dependent on the position itself. However, a good rule of thumb is approximately twelve (12) calendar days.
